Terms of Service & Consignment Agreement

Effective Date: October 26, 2026 • Pop's Timeless Treasures • Forward Group

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Pop's Timeless Treasures (popstimelesstreasures.com), operated by Forward Group. By accessing our website, registering a collector account, acquiring an antique treasure, or submitting an heirloom piece for consignment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Consignment Agreement.

2. Curated Marketplace & Collector Consignment

Pop's Timeless Treasures provides a sovereign, curated antique and numismatic marketplace connecting discerning collectors. Every piece showcased on the platform is subjected to independent provenance and authenticity appraisal by our curator team.

Registered collectors in good standing may submit historical pieces for catalog listing, subject to central administrator curation approval and authenticity verification.

3. Upfront Listing Fees & Success Commission

Transparent Fee Schedule:
  • Upfront Curation Listing Fee: Flat $5.00 USD due upon listing submission via Stripe Checkout.
  • Success Commission: 5.0% deducted from the final sale price upon completed transaction.
  • Zero Monthly Booth Rent: Unlike physical antique malls and legacy listing portals, we charge no recurring booth rent or listing expiration fees.
  • Free Re-Review Guarantee: If revisions are requested by our curators, sellers may modify and resubmit their listing at no additional fee.

4. Authenticity Standards & Prohibited Items

We maintain an unyielding commitment to historical authenticity. All consignors warrant that:

  • The item submitted is genuine, authentic, and truthfully graded.
  • Numismatic pieces adhere to standard PCGS/NGC grading conventions and metallic content declarations.
  • Horological timepieces accurately disclose dial originality, movement functionality, and replacement parts.
  • Modern reproductions, counterfeit coins, altered blades, and illicit cultural antiquities are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination.

5. Seller Settlement & Payouts

When an order is completed and verified, the platform calculates the seller's net proceeds:

Net Seller Disbursement = (Item Sale Price × 95%) + Buyer Shipping Charge

Disbursements are managed through Pop's Central Settlement Ledger and transferred via Bank ACH, PayPal, or official check by mail in accordance with the payout instructions configured in the seller's profile.

6. Shipping, Packing & Courier Protocol

Antiques and numismatic rarities demand specialized handling:

  • Archival Packaging: All parcels must utilize archival cushioning, anti-tarnish coin capsules, and double-corrugated boxing.
  • Tracking & Insurance: Every shipment must carry full postal insurance and recorded delivery tracking.
  • Dispatch Window: Consignors agree to package and transfer parcels to designated carriers within three (3) business days of sale notification.

7. Buyer Protection & Guarantees

Every treasure purchased through Pop's Timeless Treasures is covered by our Collector Guarantee. If an item arrives damaged in transit or is demonstrably non-authentic as appraised, buyers are entitled to a full refund upon safe return of the artifact.
