At Pop's Timeless Treasures, we honor the privacy and discretion of antique enthusiasts, horologists, numismatists, and heirloom collectors. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker your personal information to data brokers or advertising networks.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the essential information necessary to verify authenticity, fulfill purchases, and disburse seller proceeds:

  • Collector Accounts: Full name, verified email address, phone number, and physical courier delivery address.
  • Seller Profiles & Payouts: Consignor store display title, biographical specialties, and encrypted settlement instructions (e.g. Bank ACH, check mailing address, or PayPal).
  • Transaction Records: Items purchased, shipping courier selections, order timestamps, and communication histories.
  • Uploaded Media: Photographs and document scans uploaded to our self-hosted RustFS object storage cluster.

3. Payment Security & Stripe Processing

🔒 Zero Credit Card Data Stored:

All financial checkout transactions—including storefront purchases and collector listing curation fees—are processed directly via Stripe using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Credit card numbers never touch or reside on our servers.

4. Sovereign Infrastructure & Email Delivery

All account notifications, order receipts, and curation alerts are delivered through sovereign Mailcow SMTP servers operated by Forward Group (goforward.group). We do not embed surveillance tracking pixels or commercial ad scripts into our communications.

5. How We Use Your Data

Your personal information is strictly utilized to:

  • Process, pack, and coordinate insured shipping of rare collectibles and timepieces.
  • Authenticate collector consignments and deliver curator review status updates.
  • Calculate and transfer net proceeds for completed sales via ACH or check.
  • Respond to collector inquiries, provenance questions, and negotiation offers.

6. Data Retention & Erasure Rights

You have the full right to inspect, update, or request complete deletion of your collector account and associated records at any time. Financial and tax transaction records are retained solely for the statutory duration required by federal accounting regulations.
